They need to find better than Lewis Young who is awful at the minute.
McGovern is okay, though i suspect Carlton will trade him.
The rest are good to very good.
Weitering is a deadset gun devoid of a little confidence this year.
Saad is a damaging attacking hb.
Docherty can play.
Newman more than serviceable.
I quite like the look of a couple of their youngsters in Kemp & Boyd.

Cerra, Walsh, and if TDK can get his backside into gear (if he stays at FARK CARLTON) is more than enough to build a good midfield around. But they need speed and foot skills to support them.
Cripps looks spent. Hewett and Kennedy are honest toilers but not hugely damaging. Acres works hard but his kicking is woeful.
Edit: Ollie Hollands may also form part of that midfield group.

What I got from some of the comments from Cook and co is that they will stick with Voss but replace most of the assistants. It worked at the Cats and then at Richmond and I think they will follow the same path and hope it also works.

33 tackles for the match, and half of them in the first quarter.
You have to be able to catch someone before you can tackle them.
They are slow right across the field. What pace they do have - Saad, Motlop, Martin, ? donāt tackle.
