Rookie chance apparently.
I haven’t seen Mason play but if it’s true he’s only a rookie chance at best then I hope we pass on him.
Can see him being one of those players that we have on our list for the next ten years that is retained on name alone.
The fact we are holding 31 makes me think one of the junior Fletchers will get picked up.

If Mason had played a couple of VFL games as the 23rd man then I’d say he’d be a good chance but he hasn’t so I’d be surprised if we went for him.
Personally I think he needs to show how he plays against men before we even consider drafting him.
