They each played 10 games that season, 6 times they were both in the side, so not really a case of one replacing the other. Henneman didn’t play from round 8-17, and Richards from rounds 7-15.
Richards was certainly recognised as underutilized by Blitz - remember the Feed the Bear campaign?

For all the uncertainty whether Weideman will make it, he’s the clear walk-up CHF for us in round 1 next year. That might say a lot about where our list is at but clearly a good list management decision to give him a shot while Baldwin, Voss need time to develop.

When VOSS kicks bags in the preseason he will be hard to keep out.
We may need to trade Baldwin to Adelaide for Josh rachele if he comes good next year.

Can’t see Andrew Phillips being given another contract given that Weid plays also plays fwd/ruck. Bit of a shame 'cos I liked the cut of his jib.
Sure hope the idea is to actually play him so he can play back-up ruck leaving Wright in the forward 50.
If all are in form you have Wright and Weideman as FF and CHF
a fit Stringer would be HFF

Sam needs to have a huge pre-season. Who knows what could happen.

As per chatter in Stringer’s thread, his fitness is going to be a key determinant. Interchange may be a prudent way to try and keep him uninjured.
