Fixed…gee I hope VOSS is a emergency this week.
Voss is not a good type to be Emergency. We need field runners who can fit into a number of posirions if needed. Guelfi last week was perfect, came on and kicked 2 goals. Baldwin would be a better option as he has more flexibility, but Weideman, well it would be great to have him back in as he was very good in Round 1.

VOSS is just as flexible as Baldwin, even more so, he has played midfield and defence at under 18 level, only really settled down as a foward this year.

His best moments were outside of F50, which is very frustrating.

Can’t carry two dud tall forwards in one forward line
Throughout his career he’s never been able to take that next step. He just doesn’t take a contested mark which really hurts us with Wright missing and Jones physically not ready to impact yet. He’s just going to be one of those players unfortunately.

Very lucky he can pinch-hit in the ruck. Isn’t marking or knocking the ball to advantage like someone of his age/height needs to.

What we saw tonight was a good illustration as to why he struggled to get a game at Melbourne. He’s really lacking when it comes to competitive endeavour.
