He is 30 years old, so no comparison. He will not be any better next year.

I said this last year and a lot of people agreed, stringer is a anomoly, he is a match winner, but he pretty much never plays well in big games and never has.
Has been poor for a few weeks now. Needs to lift.

Yep. He’s been terrible of late and last 7-8 weeks besides a big quarter against the Tigs has been ordinary. Bring Zurhaar in and play Jake 14 games a year. He looks slow and has no power

Not just me, a large contingent were saying 1 year at a time.
Then he kicks 3 or 4 in a game and the Stringer groupies come in and say “if we don’t offer him 2 or more, we’ll lose him”
So what ?
Look, he’s played some decent football this year, and even had some important centre square contributions.
He is 30 now and pretty banged up.
