Former #39 Patrick Voss - false messiah

I heard that one time Sam Weideman was waiting to cross the lights at a pedestrian crossing, and Vossy came up and pressed the button, even though it was abundantly clear that Sam had already pressed it.

they wanted to give him every chance because he had talent, it was also believed that keeping him focussed every week on a game should have helped him with these issues

he was

because they believed he had talent and hoped for him to change his ways

Was he? if you were at the meetings to know this, then you wouldnt be questioning his delisting

exaggerating?

I can’t think of anyone who’s been punished to the point of not being picked in the VFL.

That seems a spurious point?

Oh well, our pathetic club isn’t playing finals anytime soon and he is so he must be thanking his lucky stars each day that he got out of our shithole of a club and he will have the last laugh as Brad will never win a single final with us.

Well, it’s all justified now. Can’t be having that sort of behavior at the Essendon Bombers Football Club.

Brendon Goddard called out his lack of professionalism in his rehab. Others drew examples to Joey sitting on the fence during a game, etc. Irrespective, you’ve missed the point as usual. The point I was making wasn’t that he was unprofessional, it was that Essendon never gets the blame.

For Whom the irritating traffic Bell Tolls, it was for thee Vossy. Sam was waiting for the other side of the road to come to him.

I really enjoyed his footy and attitude in the VFL. Would love to see him busting through tackles at 50 and nailing running goals for the Red and Black too.

We just have to suck it up for the next decade now.

It staggers me, that some are still saying the club did the right thing in axing Voss

You literally said he left because he was unprofessional

I get the anger of playing Weideman over Voss, and I get that we have had a lot of injuries this year. But who does Voss replace in our team? Wright - No, Langford - No, Caddy - No.

Are people suggesting that we play 4 talls?

I like the energy Voss brings, but he is a leading player….we can’t kick. So whatever he is doing at Freo, would not translate well in our side.

Maybe, maybe not. What it probably would have done is make us look at different options in the MSD for example. If you have Voss you probably don’t take McMahon and May for instance. Guess we will never know

Yep. Sure, he can play and kick 34 goals in 19 games in a team that’s playing finals. But how would he ever make it in our star-studded team?

were?

Are.

It appears to be changing…

Maybe I am just an optimist and we surely can’t get any worse than what we currently are.

Wtf. How do you even know that was the case?

were you ?

very easy to question others info or beliefs, but are you gonna put your money where your mouth is ?

were you apart of those meetings ? were you apart of any club meeting regarding voss ? if you were put your name to a post so people can validate it.

you want to question others, prove you have the inside information about his party boy antics, the efforts the club went to to fix it, with FACTS and evidence, prove you were at meeting discussing his abhorrent attitude.

A strong aggressive forward that hits packs hard.

It’s what we are crying out for. I don’t want Caddy shouldering this because Wright and Langford don’t do it naturally or consistently.

In his current form He is replacing both them in our forward line.

I think @hirdylloydy hates voss more than I ever hated Zaka. That is some feat tbh

I would have him over wright every single day

and over Langford as well quite frankly
