Full Club Review - Top to Bottom

My dog is usually on edge, watching me like a hawk with big eyes as I must emit some pretty intense vibes. But this year he sleeps peacefully on the couch as there’s nothing to raise my intensity.

I just wanna know when we last had a proper process for selecting our coach, was it 2006/07?

Yeah, and we ■■■■■■ that up completely.

I did an internal review. Concluded I wasn’t eating enough fibre as I was full of :poop:.

Maybe that’s all we need to do?

Drop off a few boxes of Sultana Bran at Tulla. You know so our players aren’t so full of it.

How about a review of the club song to better represent the club values. Kumbaya?

Pretty flat with where we are at and tippa’s retirement is another blow.

People clearly have their own opinions as to why we are where we are. However for me I think Joe, saad, mckenna, orazio and now Tippa highlights our inability to facilitate an environment to keep players engaged and committed to staying, noting some reasons for departures varied.

That is an incredible amount of high quality talent to lose in a couple of years and decimates any list build.

It’s not the list manager’s job to create a club environment that is conducive to retaining our talented players. As a club, this is simply not acceptable.

Watching Carlton emerging is sickening and I’m dreading the fixture.

The irony being that both Fark Carlton and Essendon have had very similar underlying cultural issues for the last 20 years.

One club has made significant changes to address them, the other hasn’t.

Can we merge this with all the club is farked thread? Or maybe have an Essington board on Blitz?

Holy ■■■■, now we’re talking.

Has ANYBODY resigned yet?

Except Tippa?

Everyone that I speak to that has interaction with board members and club says they are arrogant-not a great quality. Brashers flat refusal of a review is a clear example. His response could have and should have been worded much better. I am happy to write it for him if needs help.

Maybe FC finally seeing the light will help? Richmond are back to powerhouse, Pies won a flag, crashed a little and their list is weak but they look to be acting swiftly… now FC have finally gone and got it together…

Surely surely our time comes? Oh nup… silly me… lets re-appoint our CEO, not conduct any type of review and ‘back our boys’. Sweet.

All we can hope for is to continue to suck badly all year and hope for a credible party to form and challenge the board.

Failing that i only see self serving decisions being made.

You can’t blame the club for McKenna leaving the moment he arrived he said that he would always struggled with home sickness.

Hawks had an Irish player go home too does that mean there environment to keep players is no good either?

ffs nino.

he copped enormous amounts of vitriol and the ceo of ■■■■■■■ club made a HURR DURR CAN’T UNDERSTAND IRISH JOKES instead of telling all of the media to gagf. mckenna leaving had aa huge part to do with the club administration being a ■■■■■■■ stain

Conor stopped enjoying it Nino. The environment in our hub was toxic and I also recall our passive approach when he tested positive.

Perhaps he was always going to return but not mid contract.
