Of course. Comic relief.
Euron’s teleporting ships really are something else.
I think Jon must have one too. They’re awesome.
Hands up who thinks Sam will find something important when he is transcribing those old manuscripts?
Yeah the whole “Don’t go North!” thing is a bit rich if it’s no further than ducking out to the shop to get milk.
Geez, what do you lot want? Each episode to be in real time? It takes a week or whatever to sail from the North to Dragonstone, it probably takes the same time to sail from Pyke to Kings Landing, it would have taken days to sail from Dragonstone to Casterly Rock. It takes days for messages to get from one place to another. I’m not too interested in seeing five days of Unsullied dudes sitting around on ships waiting to get to their destination.
It’s a show about magic and dragons and shiz. Deal with it.
Except isn’t Pike on the other side of the continent to Kings Landing? Unless they have a Panana canal operating in Westeros… that’s a long commute past Dorne round the entire continent.
It also meant Euron’s entire fleet got to Castlerly Rock at roughly the same time a messenger got to Dragonstone (which is practically next to Kings Landing compared with CasterlyRock on the otherside of the country).
Boy I really hope someone got fired for that blunder!
Also, Bronn is back!
They want 20 seasons of boring ship journeys.
Consistency.
Then watch 24.
When did he go across to the Lannisters?
He helped Jamie re-learn to fight after losing his hand, and helped him beat the Blackfish at Riverrun. Somewhere in the middle of all that he was also knighted and married off to some lower noble’s daughter that got knocked up after being raped by the crowd that mobbed the king in King’s Landing (Can’t remember if it was Tommen or Joffery that was king at the time). He sort of faded out of the story after he declined to fight for Tyrion in the trail by combat.
I reckon he is a great character and hope he gets more screen-time this season. Also hope he is actually a survivor and doesn’t get G.R.R-ed. (Probably get killed in the next episode now).
Sansa doing her best white walker impression going even whiter in the snow.
Was funny/sad how she went all girly and deferential once a real Stark boy came back.
Not sure she wanted to hear her wedding night to Ramsay described as beautiful. At least we know the Three Eyed Raven doesn’t go in behind closed doors to perve.
It was an interesting decision for Bran to stay emotionally detached and aloof when seeing his sister again. Shows the weight of the world that is sitting on his shoulders.
Will be fascinating to see how Arya’s return is handled.
Begs the question why he let grey worm go by him in the first place. He could have shattered the fleet on route to dorn and the rock and then blockaded Dragon stone. And then got burnt to a crisp
Do you think she will return? I got the feeling from the dire wolf scene that she’s going to turn up in kings landing before she goes back to the Norf
She’ll be in Winterfell in the next episode. Lock it in.
The entire plot has been leaked
I am resisting reading it!!! Just.
