How could the coaches honestly have a frank conversation about playing Kelly on a wing/half forward. Actually astounds me. He never wants to go the ball and gets lost. That effort against Fogarty in the second quarter was horrendous.
Maybe… but still two quarters to go. No point throwing the toys out of the cot at the moment.
It’s a long season and we already have and we will lose games. Tonight hurts (so far) because it’s them … but it’s a marathon.

Wishful thinking that a rookie Key forward in Hunter will make the difference. Look at Carlton 2 top ten draft picks as key forwards, same with Gold Coast last week.
