General Australian news

No. They walked out in their mine helmets, went into the ambulance without any headgear.

I’ve been involved in a few search and rescue scenarios in the past and one thing I can say is that logic and clear thinking go out the window very early. Basic survival instincts kick in and they include the need for water and some food. Everything else becomes superfluous. If the hut he found had no water supply, then he would have to move on.

For all you guys asking about this and that. STFU!!

Let’s just wait and see what he has to say with big media. Brought to us by big muesli.

Coles is withdrawing kitchen knives from sale in supermarkets across Australia after a Queensland staff member was stabbed in the back.

A 13-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder over the attack in Ipswich, south-west of Brisbane, on Monday afternoon.

Police allege the teenager obtained the knife in the Yamanto store and attacked the 63-year-old worker at random.

Cue outrage from the RWFWs bleating that Coles have gone woke.

in queesnland? i thought melbourne was going to hell?

Bunnings is owned by the same people. Are they going to remove all of the sharp and pointy things off the shelves too?

Bunnings already has all the spraypaint behind lock and key, of course…

Don’t know exactly what happened here, but knife attack was a big factor in not giving a ■■■■ if people were stealing when I worked at a supermarket.

Not Australian news but I did laugh at Ryanair lobbying to restrict alcohol sales at airports to two per person. You provide the most bottom scraping service in the industry and surprise you get lads and ladettes tearing it up, and you want to ruin travel for everyone else not using your exploitative model.

So glad we’re getting right wing ‘small’ government everywhere so the corporate citizens can take up the slack

What happens when they use a 600g can of Tuna, or a 500g jar of pasta sauce!

he won’t get paid, but he’ll also get left alone

i know a fk off quote when i see one

It’s got nothing to do with woke. It’s just farked up. Person goes to work and gets stabbed in the back.

They literally could just employ people who at boarding check for intoxication. There are already laws around not letting intoxicated people board aircraft.

I suspect their rage will be more focused on whatever punishment the accused receives for their actions…

Any act or decision made for sensible, or compassionate, or intelligent, or socially beneficial reasons is woke according to the infestation that is RWFWs.

Yeah, how will we be able to cut meat on Strayla Day? Coles is un-Australian!

I remember cops coming to my primary school to tell us if someone had a knife just run

In my experience ladettes scrap the bottom of the disgusting behaviour win. Easily. I’d rather deal with a drunk lad.

I think the only time we had police give a talk at primary school (and not just a general “this is what the law is” thing all school kids get) was when a kid got killed crossing the road on his bike like 500m from the school.

And I seem to recall that they brought his bike and helmet (which wasn’t fastened) in too, which looking back is quite a dark way to try send a message to primary school kids.

Apparently they’d caught some kids with kitchen knives in the mean streets around over the previous year.
