General Australian news

That explains Albo not knowing about it for 10 days.

Senior government sources have confirmed that the Australian Federal Police and NSW premier Chris Minns was swiftly notified of the shock find by NSW Police that could have resulted in a “mass casualty event” around January 19-20, but did not inform the Prime Minister or his cabinet citing “operational reasons” until this week.

He would have known 10 days ago.

the main thing is, its all albos fault anyway

Nahh, Red Bellied Black Snakes are cool.

That said, I don’t have a nest of over 100 in my yard, so maybe my opinion would change.

But I did almost grab one by accident when tying up a boat last year, and it just slithered away completely unfussed by what had happened.

There was a 1.5 metre tiger snake on the road where I was walking yesterday, but it had been run over by a car and was no longer a danger noodle.

The banana industry is the most protected in Australia. Quarantine prohibitions on the import of fresh bananas means that we have the worst bananas of just about any other country.
Last time I checked frozen bananas can only be imported for processing.

Not to derail thread, but saw this and thought surely not a great idea. Keep propping up the Ponzi scheme and getting in more debt.

In the Australian politics thread, investigations revealed that a Labor vid on Dutton misrepresented him.

According to the ABC report , Minns said an ironclad investigation was needed, a process needed to be followed and completed asap.
