I’m wondering if the cladding on that tower is the composite aluminium type that we don’t use externally anymore here in Australia.

While Ukraine has dominated the headlines at the annual UNGA Summit, there are other issues of urgency, with some frustration that they are being crowded out.
The Head of the World Food Program stated that there was a perfect storm on top of a perfect storm in food security.
He called on donors, in particular Gulf Nations and billionaires to give a few days of their profits towards fertiliser funds, to avoid a worse food crisis next year.
The WFP has been given funding from celebrity philanthropists earmarked to support Ukraine food and fertilisers infrastructure and some shipments.
However, like other UN specialised agencies dependent on outside financing, the WFP has been stretched by the Ukraine War and more recently by floods in Pakistan, while conflicts in Africa and Syria continue.

With 97% of the votes tallied, da Silva had 47.9% support and Bolsonaro 43.6%. Since neither candidate received more than 50% of the valid votes, which exclude spoiled and blank ballots, a second round vote between them will be scheduled for Oct. 30.

There are many poor whites as well as the rich who are comparable to Russian oligarchs.
There are massive numbers of black and brown citizens, including mixed ethnics, but rich ones are almost impossible to find.
Under Lula, Brazil was respected as an influential player , a force for good in the world. Brazilians held key positions in international bodies. They were top operators, Brazilian diplomats were highly influential.
Under Bolsanaro, it’s the reverse.
