Another perfectly scripted game for us.
Never really a chance of winning but not a complete smashing, remained competitive for much of the game, one game closer to the end of this shitful season and a decent shot at the draft and trade period.
No 4 points tonight but winning in other ways. Unofficial tank with nearly half the list injured or about to be imminently traded or delisted. Glass half full.

I think Blakiston is going to be by far the best of the MSD selections.

Effort let down by really poor kicking at goal.
We make it so hard for ourselves with where and how we kick the ball into the forward 50. We should back ourselves by kicking it more central and not leading to the pockets.

I was thinking 100 and there’s a number of kids showing signs so can’t be upset with that, really should’ve been closer to 20 point margin with average kicking on goal

That match was nowhere near as bad as a 48 point margin tries to suggest. And nowhere near as bad as I feared.

Well it was a 9 goal loss.
But we won i50 and looked like an afl football team tonight.
Anything was going to better than last week and I’m glad we got it.
