Scary as it may seem, but there is a direct line between me and royalty, as I am a descendant of the Drummond clan, who claimed Peerage in 1605 in Scotland.

My grandmothers were aussie born but one grandfather was born in England and the other in New Zealand. Dad’s side originates from Denmark, Mum’s from around Great Britain.
Apparently one of our rellies was the 4th Earl of Sandwich, who was a keen gambler and one night refused to leave a game of cards to have his supper. His butler brought it to him between two slices of bread, annnnnd thus the “sandwich” was born. (That’s one version of the story and i like it so I’m sticking with it
