I think wood frog fruit buns that become hot cross surround Easter are the best. I eat them all year.

No, but you can make your own. Just work the yeast and flour together with a bit of warm water.

After three days it will rise.

A mate of mine does a podcast called under seasoned about American BBQ. He recently did a bit where he got these, spread them with a jalapeƱo cream cheese and brisket. It looked pretty epic.

A company called Ancient Grain make the best HCB

But pricey (about 8.50) but use really good ingredients.

Otherwise I get mine from Oheas in Pascoe Vale or Natural Tucker in Carlton

And Ancient Grains do an Apple and Cinnamon bun all year round
