In the grand scheme of things, at this very moment, Australia and Albo are about as important to the world and Trump as Jay Neagle is to our rebuild. These journos will one day wake up to the realisation that the globe does not hold its breathe whenever Albo steps up to the mic, no matter how well intentioned and earnest he may be.

Can’t understand why the UK and US would want us in AUKUS, why the US has military bases and Pine Gap facilities, why the US has pressed us into more defence activity in the Indo Pacific, in addition to leaving us to do the heavy lifting in soft power in SE Asia and the Pacific Islands.
As the US withdraws Aid from the region, we are upping it.
And as a wealthy nation of over 20 million, a valuable export market.
