So no sacking Murphy then.
Langford?
Kyle Langford? The guy who missed huge chunks of 2021 and 2022 due to a bunch of injuries?
If having him leads to entitled seniors players leaving them I’d be happy to keep him…clearly he’s working for the kids.
The 2025 injury toll is worse than the soft tissue injuries incurred during the bloody drugs saga. How is this the only club to never get anything right?!
Au contraire… having an MCG-size and Marvel-size ground has naturally resulted in a well-rounded and adaptable team which excels on both grounds… oh wait…
The Hangar is emblematic of David Evans’ entire reign at Essendon… a farking shitshow. It’s in the middle of arsewhere, supporters hate it, they were doing fundraisers to re-fit parts of it only a year or two after it opened, and it’s being constantly resurfaced.
Probably its biggest flaw though is that it has Essendon running it. No good whatsoever will come from that…
I’m not a gynaecologist, but I will have a look
It’s biggest floor is it’s in a wind tunnel
I would actually donate to a “flight plan” that moved our training base back to Windy Hill and away from that awful , souless warehouse.

One would assume that heads will roll post season but I see no point in publicly lynching staff for supporter’s edification. That’s not how you conduct a business.
As a business, probably any lynchings at all are off the table however private they are.
Target audience prefers firing out of a cannon anyway…
Truth is we don’t know what the cause(s) is/are,
and there is no way of knowing until we make some changes and see what works.
Blitz doing its usual thing of not coping with uncertainty and suggesting sacking somebody is the answer. Let’s hope it is.
We actually don’t know that. We’re all guessing. I don’t think Parish, Langford or Reid appear the type to be unprofessional in their preparation.
It’s more likely their programs, not necessarily the current program. It could be though. The programs of a few years ago biting as the previous injury scar tissue creates a forever weakness.
However, we really don’t know. It’s interesting the same 6-7 blokes are the ones impacted.
Agree the experiment has failed. Time to pull up stumps and go back home like the Saints did.
The Hanger is farked been nothing but misery
Knock it down, build an airport carpark, use the revenue to turn Windy Hill into a more modern facility.
With airport carpark money we’ll be able to buy out the bowls club.
HOHOHO Stupid Blitz again.
Imagine suggesting the sacking of the guy who has been there for 6 years and who is overseeing a Strength & Conditioning department that is producing catastrophic results and ruining careers through repeat soft tissue injuries.
I’m sure he is doing a swell job and has things well under control. Crazy suggestion.

Late start to the year, couple of weeks in, gets injured, couple of weeks, injured again.
I believe Saturdays game was his eighth straight game so there has been a fair chunk of continuity, surprisingly.
the issue is whether it is the reason, one of many reasons, or not a reason at all. it’s a bit more complicated than sack the head of department, or go pinch somebody from [insert club name].
we are stupid, but that’s not the issue, rather we just have so little data to understand these complex problems.
damn those entitled supporters. Back in the 70s we had it way worse
Please @Finding_Nino. I’ve been on EFC injury management for 10 years and in particular, Sean Murphy since 2020. Go back and read my posts.
You joined MY Bandwagon !

It’s not the Essendon way to sack these people without 25 years to prove themselves.
