It is possible that @SMJ actually did a double degree LAW/Midwifery and then had gender alteration surgery and became a hot nurse.
In that case Nat would be a real nurse and not a fake account. She probably zooms around in her mini convertible with SMJ’s preserved 'nads dangling from the mirror.

I suspected she was Skywalker as soon as she arrived. Turned up the same day he was suspended, and used a few similiar phrases he did.
Would be interested to know if l was correct.
