The segment called coaches corner was good, was cool to see that vulnerable side of Hirdy say how he lost sleep before he started coaching thinking he wouldn’t win a game

I was actually impressed by hird (except for the terrible hair), particularly when you see Jack reiwoldt hosting ‘on the couch’ last night and Andrew Dillon being interviewed ‘umming’ every few words, he’s a relaxed and polished media performer, compared to those two.
Sloane was ok too but seems like the footy player that has no thought of what’s actually good for the industry, which will ■■■■ Eddie off after a while.
So yeah what i thought was not a great panel was actually alright. Morris will add to it when he’s back from Sydney, i think he’s the best news breaker in the game atm.

I remember Hirdy’s first shows on the footy show. He was very ordinary to begin with as well.
I actually thought Sloan was pretty good. Hird is articulate and analytical is his commentary. Sloan gave more of a gut reaction view, but I thought he spoke well.
Thought it was better viewing than the Monday night episode by a mile. Pity about the broadcast time spot
