I understand a gastro bug running thru a cruise liner full of old farts but how does it happen in a footy club in February when every player is so fit and healthy?
Somewhat serious answer to your facetious question: a lot of athletes are more susceptible to immune system issues. Highly strung vehicles etc; it’s why we and we alone did things like take thymomodulin and vitamins.

Yeh good point but I always assumed that was during the season when the players over extend during matches, and also during winter when our bodies naturally want to hibernate inside the warm cave. But I agree with your diagnosis Dr DJR it’s just more thymus extract that we need.
We would have had a few weeks head start on training id imagine.
Woosha is claiming Hurley, Belly, Hooker, Fanta not named because of lack of pre season work due to ops.
