Lets smash these ■■■■■■ don’t give a fark it’s JLT will give the fellas a nice confidence boost when they face Carlton in the season proper.
As long as we don’t get any injuries and we show that we are continuing with our high pressure game style then I couldn’t care less what the score is.
If people are going to keep talking about Cripps we may aswell rename the thread
Overates Langford becuase he might be, if you squint hard enough the prototype big bodied mid.
Doesn’t rate Cripps.
Eye roll.
Your face is a prototype.
Interesting
I have five and half hours to go.
Nothing personal.
I really hope a replay will be able to be downloaded from somewhere. Living in Europe so I think my only option is pay the ridiculous $235 price that the AFL website offers to anyone outside Aus.
The AFL talk about growing the game overseas but only cashed up die hard fans will watch the game abroad.
I will laugh if Cripps misses JLT1 - Then this thread is in vain.
Inevitably it always comes back to either Langford or Parish.
Shame had to be you though PP
It will be interesting to see the reaction of the supporters and Carlton supporters if we lose this game.
Practice match or not we better not lose to those ■■■■■.
Cripps is an absolute gun but he’s slow on his feet.
It will be a really bad start to the year if we lose this.
It will deflate a lot of hype to some extent… which I’m sure will motivate Carlton
Just want no injuries & a win.
It’ll be good to get the win. I think there was a discussion last year during the JLT when we got thumped by Richmond.
Richmond made it a habit to win, even during JLT, they didn’t ease up. I’d love to see that from the boys.
Yes. A loss on Thursday could really put paid to our chances of playing in the final of the Ansett Cup this year.
You’re right, winners are more likely to win
I’d love to see a demolition. 20 goal thumping at there home ground. Put there fans in a frenzy, lil Bolton’s head on the chopping block. Talk back radio talking of how embarrassing they are. All this while Essendon supporters sit back and think how relentless we’re going to be and this year means business.
And the back page heading on the Herald Sun:
CARLTURDS!!
