The WorkSafe Victoria site refers to sporting activities included in Victorian work cover legislation.

Anyone surprised?

The AFL are like a controlling spouse. Gaslighting, threatening, emotionally blackmailing. No one should be surprised.

Zantuck suing Richmond over brain injuries.

Actually surprised it wasn’t “former Richmond and ESSENDON player suing club over INJECTION program”

Essendon actually refused to inject him!

Worth considering before slandering a player for not running head first into an oncoming pack…

This is a very real, and good, point. I think we are at the threshold of the old school “you’ve gotta go when it’s your turn”/ head over the ball thinking is going to be seen as not just stupid, but very dangerous. People on here have suggested Zach Merritt picks and chooses…no wonder. I think players will be lauded for not going in Harves style.

No, I know of another they did the same two.

It’s a pity SMJ got herself banned, was quite good to get the medical perspective from someone working in that field.

Who knew a nurse had such legal understanding?

They were an enigma.

Although as a lawyer, he might have some expertise in the weighting accorded to evidence, the conclusions to be drawn from relevant facts and whether there is sufficient factual evidence.

And as an Ethiopian refugee?

Took me a while to recall the Ethiopian blitzer, who wasn’t a lawyer IIRC.
Then there was Natalie the Nurse, who may be related to Daisy1, who joined on 25 August.

That was SMJ, he made a mistake and was caught and had that deleted.

I did retrieve my memory on that re the SMJ connection, just that Natalie was of more recent memory
