I was behind those goals with my Swans supporting mate, right up there in my favourite footy moments
I thought Munkara might have taken 44, still next to Walla but probably a more popular player number generally speaking
So is 32 available or are they thinking of keeping Eyre?
Dean Wallis still the best number 21 for us. Stood up in grand finals and thatās all that matters.
Ian Marsh?
Ken Fletcher?
Brayden Maynard has gone from 37 to 4, so heās virtually saying, up yours, Goodesy.
Heās also saying āEddie made me do itā
He is training with St kilda.
The idea of young players āearningā low numbers is a Clarko idea, followed by Dimma, and tongues balls.
I like the way theyāve gone recently, allowing players to climb up the list and imports to have a choice of free numbers, then allocating in draft order.
The Daveys could have had 32 and 33, but taking Uncle Aaronās 36 is nice too.
I pop the word may there.
Hopefully he plays a lot more footy.
On exposed form if he just got plenty of the pill and just otherwise rinse and repeated his first year you would be bloody happy with Martin.
We have found one.
Iād have preferred Weideman to start off on any other number but 10. Not saying it had anything to do with Franga not making it but its an iconic number going back. Boots to full and all that ā¦ wouldāve left it blank for this season and said to Sam ā¦ if you want that one its yours if you can make it.
It sort of does matter to a club who fills those iconic numbers. Hopes are raised etc. Tsatas with #5 seems fine though ā¦ heās got something special for mine.
Nothing wrong with high numbers is all Iām saying. Not every great player has to wear a famous number, some can make the number their own
Iām clearly too old fashioned but what happened to making rookies earn a coveted number?!?
Was that really ever a thing? Rookies have had to wait for a coveted number because someone is in it.
Elijah Sha-ta-zaz!
Wow, she butchered that.
shes juts very very ocker
45 is the way
How hopeless have we been when players are choosing numbers inspired by players from other clubs.
