If we win tomorrow, I’ll still be very concerned about the fact we need external criticism as motivation to play well.
This is the dilemma a lot of supporters feel about the game tomorrow… and has often been the case for the EFC over the last 15 years.
Round 1 was a perfect opportunity to prove that this club has turned a corner, especially after the Carlton match last season… but it hasn’t. The GWS game proved we are still the same club. It’s gonna take weeks of consistent footy to gain back the trust of supporters.
