The last thing this club needs is an “honourable” loss, or even worse, a win. It’ll energise the clappers out there and pump up the tyres of the club entering the off-season.
Pre VFL game performance, I’d like as many of Saad El-Hawli, Lewis Hayes, Tsatas, Wanganeen and Jayden Davey to get a game as possible.
I dont - thought maybe he ‘has’ carried something, as his 1st and second halves of the season have been very different:
1st 11 games = 28 goals
2nd 11 games = 12 goals
He’s not alone in having dropped off in the 2nd half of the season but hes looked a little proppy at times to me…
He’s had an ankle/foot injury he’s been managing all year. He also got a hip injury against the GC first time around
