Let’s just admit - we are sh*t

Every other team have a plethora of forwards that come in , hit the scoreboard and impact their team… I love a good midfielder believe me … but what’s the point if there’s nothing down forward ?

Even Kelly / Pendels / Cripps / Shuey aren’t gonna make free kick McKernan any better…

Well I thought you were supporting the post that had a go at those players (Shiel = 29; Parish = 28; Zerrett = 24; McGrath = 23) today.
You need eyes of course and yes stats do not tell the whole story but they generally help.

Wins since 2001…

Geelong - 270
Sydney - 239
Collingwood - 231
Hawks - 231
Adelaide - 228
West Coast - 228
Port - 206
Roos - 198
Freo - 196
Saints - 194
Dogs - 183
Richmond - 181
Essington - 176
Brisbane - 167
Dees - 142
Fark Carlton - 131
Giants - 76
Suns - 47

Just to really hammer home that we’re legit ■■■■

You did say that you didn’t watch the game. Today’s effort is not one a club bounces back from in just a week.

I think you’re missing my point mate. I’m not saying it’s a blip and then we will bounce back and we’re awesome again. Anyway, I’m sorry they were ■■■■. I’ll watch tonight

My kids have no choice. I’m not going through this alone.

The three worst performing of the established clubs during the last two decades are Essendon, Carlton and Melb.

All three have influential coteries made up of rich Melb business people… all three have a history of trying to ‘buy’ success and recruiting extremely poorly when doing so… almost as if non-football people were having too much of a say on who is recruited

All three have made disastrous coaching appointments that any kind of due diligence by football people would have shown was clearly a mistake, (Neeld, Bomber, Malthouse).

Carlton and us… it seems these two clubs cannot shake the influence of these rich, fat carnts who don’t know footy and constantly meddle behind the scenes at their respective clubs. It was only FC and us that went hard on Shiel… they threw a private jet, we threw a property portfolio at him… a bloke that now looks decidedly average.

20 years of doldrums for two clubs that have the largest, most influential and most football-clueless coteries… it is not a coincidence

Can’t use injuries as a an excuse because “we have squad of players that understand their roles when they come into the team”

I predicted we were 60-40 chance to beat Hawks and Demons - I admit I was wrong; only applies to Hawks because Dees will beat us now.

Now feel like I’ve been ■■■■■■ on and told it’s raining for so long, I’ve forgotten what it’s like to be dry and what water really tastes like.

■■■■ off EFC and today specifically Worsfold.

As bad as we are I think we will give the Dawks a run for their money but no one else this year.

I was closest to the pin

There is something really bad happening at the club at the moment. Has to be

No player with any self respect can be happy with how they have played this season.

Yeah something smells

isn’t that what ryder said when he told efc to get farked and chose the saints?

“Yes, but apart from all that, we’re good. Donate to the Flight Plan” - EFC

Who are you referring to here?

Tippa though, if injury hadn’t intervened, I wonder whether I might’ve been saying the same thing about Stringer by now. Yes, he was leading our goalkicking, but it’s a low, low bar indeed and he was definitely not a picture of optimal fitness…

Our players struggle to run/look not fit. we should have hired Darren Burges has Melbourne running games out well

The club is happy with the direction, we ain’t getting change it’s all systems go because when we’re fit we’ll contend.

They reinforce to the players all the time that we’re on track to be the team we want to be.
