It doesn’t matter if you have qualified for both. You would have several that have qualified for both so if your A’s have the first week of finals off you could effectively stack your B grade and this is what once happened. To prevent this you need to apply for a permit to allow you to play in the B’s. This permit however means you must play B’s for the whole final series. The player in question then went and played A’s the following week which is a breach of his permit

Some results:
Point Cook Sharks (where my nephew plays in the Under 14s) go through 2022 undefeated in WRFL Division 2 defeating Parkside in the GF at Yarraville Saturday.
St. Kevins look the team to beat in the Ammos Premier. Collegians v Old Brighton Sunday to decide their opponent.
Keilor Park win EDFL Division 2 over Oak Park at Windy Hill Saturday
One of the best local GF I’ve seen took place yesterday at Windy Hill. Strathmore defeating Aberfeldie in extra time after scores were level at full-time. In a real arm-wrestle, the lead changed at every quarter with a noticeable breeze towards the Eastern goals at the primary school end. Abers had a 9 point lead at QT, then Strathmore kicked 4 goals whilst holding Abers goalles to take a 16-point lead into HT. Again Aberfeldie took the ascendancy into the last change and looked the better team in the first 20 mins of the final quarter, kicking a goal against the breeze and holding firm in defence, however the Mores refused to buckle and 2 late goals saw scores tied as a final siren blew. In the first ET period Abers failed to score with the breeze whilst Strathmore scored a single behind to take a slender lead into 2ET, but they ran out far stronger to win 11.11.77 to 8.13.61. Strathmore veteran Adam Iacobucci was judged best afield.
I went to a nail biter years ago at Windy Hill when Strath won the premiership by a slim margin.
North Warrnambool beat South Warrnambool by a couple of goals to go into the Grand Final against Koroit next weekend. North (wear WCE colours and are the Eagles) with Billy Smedts and Nathan Vardy. South had Ricky Henderson absent, and dropped Hugh McCluggage’s brother, Myles, for the game. South is where Wayne Schwass, Jono Brown, Leon Cameron, Hugh McCluggage and Cowboy Neale played before the big time.
Koroit have won the last six flags, and been favourites the two Covid-hit seasons. Marty Gleeson and Willem Drew had Koroit as their home club.
Braybrook have surprised everyone in the WRFL winning this years Division 3 Premiership. Nice one Brookers!!!
I did the D4 Senior Grand Final at Parade College where Latrobe Uni came from 3 goals down at 3/4 time to win by 15 points.

Zach Merrett and JUH had a kicking comp at half-time in the Hampden League granny in Warrnambool. Apparently it was almost impossible to kick properly.
Shocking conditions - wind and rain.
21 minutes into the third…Koroit lead 4.13 to 2.2
Televised on 3YB FM’s Facebook page.
Absolutely shattered right now. To go through the season with 1 loss and then get picked apart in the GF by the same side we beat by 9 goals just a fortnight ago is gut wrenching.
Unfortunately our skills are most suitable for the bigger dry grounds and through luck of the draw the GF scheduled at the smallest ground in the comp and the biggest bog in the comp that had had nearly 2 weeks of rain on it. Henry Slattery is assistant at the other mob and they were just too good today. A lot of soul searching at the club tonight but we have to dust off the disappointing and put some money over the bar. Will take a couple of days to stew over it before the crucial exit meeting for players and some absolutely had their papers stamped today. As a committee we won’t stand for that kind of performance and changes will be made
This was after the reseves grand final at Elsternwick Park today. By the end of the seniors it was unsafe to play on so they gave had to move Premier Grand Final tomorrow to Sandringham
Pathetic by the Ammos to even try to play there yesterday. The ground has been struggling for weeks. Their board is a rabble.
Yeah I watched a bit of that game as it was live streaming on FB. A real quagmire, from very early in that game too. Literally no patch of firm, mud free turf…
Was going to go to the Bendigo Grand Final but it was freezing and rained most of the day, not a good day to be out.
Those poor players, especially as the weather through the season was pretty good.
The final score:
Strathfieldsaye 2.10 - 22 to Gisborne 5.20 - 50
At least the goalies kept warm waving the flags all day.
Aceman about to go ape as Norwood win the GF by a point over North Adelaide.
SKOBS win Premier 5.16.46 to 3.6.24. Tricky conditions at Sandy
Dominant game for NIGEL with 8 touches
Corporate box but can only have a couple of bevies.
17 points down in time on and win it.
Sweet number 31 for the Legs and a big night back at the club ahead for the fans
Including the game losing shot on goal…
