March Day v Bears - round 9 2023

Likewise!

Desperately hoping we finally beat the Tigers.

I can still remember the 2017 game against them.

Four Tigers supporters came up to me outside the ground, absolutely blind drunk, and made sure to mention “your club is ■■■■. And will always be ■■■■”.

Pies and Tigers supporters always seem bloody aggressive at the games.

We are going to lose by 70+ but I would like to see Dayne Zorko’s face slammed into the turf. Hard.

That will be a win itself.

We have the Channel 7 game so it will be Luke Darcy and/or Lions fan Hamish.

Urgh.

Say that again.

try saving your pathetic moaning for when we’re actually ten goals down, not four hours beforehand

I’m still working out what movie I can bloody watch during the game to prevent me from checking the scores.

It’s the games when 90-95% of Blitz have a similar consensus on the eventual result that are the ones which throw up the most surprises…

Hope that trend continues but it’s so hard to see.

But most of the time the blitz pessimism is unfounded and mostly just dummy spits. This time we have half a team available and blitz is right

That’s the point we are a Trainwreck in waiting.

If we win Dreamtime, happy for the competition to fold for the rest of the year.

I would feel a lot better if we actually named another defender and could swing Langford forward.

Our backline just looks so vulnerable right now.

And the Lions forward line is stacked.

This has elimination final type spanking written all over it.

Which one?

The Sydney thumping?
The Eagles bashing?
The Doggies belting?

Sounds accurate, don’t even need to watch

How did you forget the best one?

The Adelaide humiliation of 2009?

Tonight is likely to most resemble that one.
