Mark Chopper Reid has passed away

Chopper is part of the fabric of society. The patchwork is many colours and designs - Some are good and some are bad.

It would be a boring life if there was only good in society.

I think he will be best remembered for doing the things that he did....................or whatever who cares.

My personal ethic is not to speak ill of the dead. So with Chopper, despite his obvious indiscretions I will still acknowledge his latter life changes and his public stance against the major players in the gangland wars. He was after all a human being, with family and children. A misguided youth, absolutely!! An unacceptable notoriety? No doubt. A man who learned to live and remain in moral society? He did this. RIP.

Clearly never met the mutt.

I have seriously seen status on facespace with "rip chopper great aussie bloke"

You know that Ivan Millat must be a ripper bloke too i mean killers are ripper blokes right?

Jack was, and the bloke from Yorkshire.

Gets at least a little credit for knocking back a liver transplant because he "doesn't deserve it"

Big blow hard.

Now who do the media go to for "celebrity criminal" stories and perspectives?

Mick Gatto?

Yep, can't stand it.

His condition has been described as satisfactory.

Too soon?

Gets at least a little credit for knocking back a liver transplant because he "doesn't deserve it"

Aside from the fact he would never get it.

I'm a good bloke, if anyone wants to gift me $100,000,000 then don't worry about it I don't deserve it.

Too many times.

I used to work In dandy south, and the factory manager there was head of the ‘Albanian mafia’ down that way.

In his office, he had a massive framed picture of himself with Chopper and neville bartos.

Reckons Chopper was an OK bloke, but chronically full of ■■■■■, would stab you in the back without blinking and terrifying if he decided you needed to get belted.

That’s as close as I ever got to Chopper read… Aside from my apparent resemblance to Simon lyndon, which saw me known as Jimmy Loughnan for many years.

Also recall seeing some really ■■■■ commercial news stations referring to the latter events of the Melbourne underworld saga as "Underbelly". Cockheads.
