Here we go again, trying to ring membership department on number provided 03 8340 2000 using my mobile and landline told club closed until 8th jan,? Or this is not a working number. Pointless emailing them.
Have received 2 puzzling e mails from them and trying to reply by phone as instructed. Nothing changes
That’s an old message that likely needs updating… Aside, I believe the entire Club is closed for the four days, back open Monday. Call on Monday when they’re back in the office.

Yep. Someone didn’t update the out of office message from Christmas… Not the first time this has happened.

Thank you , will try again next week. Every year I receive a bonkers email about something and trying to ring back member ship dept is crazy.
Have been trying to sign my son up to a Skeeta membership for the last week. Says my card is declined even though there is nothing wrong with it. (Ie used it for other stuff with no issues) Same card they took the money for my membership out of.
Probably need to ring the membership department but really can’t be bothered.

Yeah, i received the email. I’m on a milestone year so I actually received merchandise (first time in a few years)…maybe only went to milestone members?!
Same thing happened to me. Had to ring the membership dept to fix the issue. Kept saying my credit card was not valid on the website
