Whether Israel has got two times or three times of four times the size is not so important when you factor in the proliferation of Israelian settlements into non-Israelian land, the 140 checkpoints that separate the two states, the 700km wall which separates the state etc - The Israelian encroachment into the West Bank and East Jerusalem makes it impossible to have two states living side-by-side. The two states will somehow have to live harmoniously in one state

It was important enough for you to make the claim, I just wanted to know if it was complete BS.
Simple really, I was in Karachi on a business trip and my Driver was late taking me to visit a Customer. So he drove the direct route which was in a disputed area where Sunni and Shiâite blokes with guns were shooting at each other.
It was like being in a movie in slow motion with a few bullets ripping through our car with one hitting my brief case. Note that Samsonite Armourlite cases are not bulletproof!
We got to the Customer and I was a gibbering mess. The guard on the gate saw the bullet holes and would not let us in, but called the Technical Manager who I was going to visit. He came to the gate, dragged the Driver out of the car and gave him a beating.
I called my Boss when I got back to the Hotel and called him names and quit. It was about 3am in Melbourne. Sorted it out the next day and stayed a few days. Not my only excitement in Pakistan, but the closest I ever got to being shot. Claimed the case on travel insurance !

If you spend years travelling around the world, you sometimes get into bad spots. Strangely while it was happening, all I could do is watch and we probably drove through the mayhem for less than 20 seconds, but it did seem longer. Going to places where my first Wife shows up is much more frightening.

French Navy recently seized a huge cache of Iran arms being shipped to the Yemen rebels.
Apparently there is an international embargo on Iran arms to the rebels.
Saudi is supplying arms to the Yemen Government.
An action has been launched in the UK High Court against British arms supply to the Saudis, on the grounds that they are being used for war crimes.
Following the failure to extend the truce in Yemen, the UN has estimated that 6.7 million are internally displaced and millions more are suffering from hunger
Meanwhile in Ethiopia, an estimated 600k have died in the conflict there.
Commercial Arms trade is a dirty business, particularly when governments encourage and support it.

Prominent MSM reporting on advanced Israel negotiations with Sudan, including a security agreement, with a nod of approval from Blinken.
In his recent visit to Israel , Blinken referred to US policy on a two State solution, called for peace, but was quiet on Israel settlements.
Also reportedly, to the discomfort of Macron, Netanyahu took up an old offer to visit France. No pics of handshakes or a joint communique.

Turkey has put out a request for international assistance. Expect search and rescue teams from around Europe will be heading to Turkey right now.
Syria next door will be in a similar or worse position. Being a war zone they wonât get civilian rescue agencies.
Ukraine offering assistance to Turkey.
Sweden, Iran and USA sending help. Plus Russia and Spain.
UN agencies are already stretched to the limit in Syria.
