I assume multiple people died, so yes.
Unless they are small drones. Pretty sure if a small drone crashed in a field …
Only one wing detached, the other would have had plenty of fuel in it i think.
I finish my posting in Singapore next week. I probably should stay out of this thread.

Thats crazy people were grabbing baggage.
All you really need is your phone and maybe wallet/keys these days.

Yeah. Good Move. Binge the 20+ seasons of Air Crash Investigation instead

I mean, if anything, the accident in Toronto should help calm any flying fears.
That was a serious impact and nobody was killed. Most people were able to just walk off the aircraft. Gives some idea how well these things are built.

If they don’t explode and the accident is on the ground you have half a chance, otherwise kiss your arse goodbye.

Before I went on a big backpacking trip my friends took me to the cinema to see Final Destination. ■■■■■■■■.

If no one hears a small drone crash in the field, did it really crash?

100% pilot error and should face serious punishment. He not only disobeyed the ‘hold short’ command that he acknowledged AND obviously didn’t bother looking out the window as he crossed an active runway.

As expected, no rock strike as originally reported.

Exact same thing happened to be in San Diego last year.
Wheels were almost touching the ground.

Most aren’t reported or as serious as the recent one but on average there is about 40 runway incursions per month in the US
