I think Alex Browne will burst on to the scene and be best 22 come the season's end.
He has the body/pace to be the outside runner/winger we desperately need (similar to isaac smith)
for those of you who have forgotten about mr brown

If you're hoping for him to show Isaac Smith pace you're barking up the wrong tree. Good mover but more in the Fyfe/Pendlebury class (and shape). Smith has serious wheels, he'd probably outrun Colyer.
From the few games he played in the back end of 2012, the one very noticeable thing with Browne is that he actively takes the game on. He's got a lovely side step and isn't afraid to maneuver his way through congestion.
Browne's stab pass might prove problematic, Joe marking at his Jatz crackers instead of at it's highest point could be cause for confusion amongst the fwd line
Yeah I think it’s pretty unanimous that Colyer was the most improved. His emergence his massive for us. Just like I think Melkshams re-emergence plus J.Merret & Daniher taking another step will be just as big next year.
As a smokey I’ll pick Browne for next year but I’m not filled with confidence. Wasn’t he one of the best performed over our last pre-season? Has got a lot of AFL qualities that would suit out current midfield group but there’s still so many question marks, mainly his injuries.
However first year back from a knee is difficult, you'd probably expect to see him play improve into 2016. However with only a 1 year deal in place hopefully he gets on the park next year and plays some good footy so he gets a new contract.
I would love to see Browne, Kommer and Hams all step up and work their way into the best 22 after a full season on the sidelines. All players with serious talent and they could be exactly what we need. The sad thing is that players from this years best 22 will need to drop out in order for these guys to break in. Hopefully we don't lose any to retirement or other clubs.
Melksham needs to get back on track.Looking forward to Gleeson, Ashby, Fantasia and Edwards take the next steps along with Daniher and Carlisle. Time for Paddy and Zaharakis to be All Australians.
