He’s never been a highly rated kid from what I’ve seen. Was looking to be a rookie A or B list player before the ACL.
I was hoping we’d get him on the B list based off the injury and nga link.
Brisbane are more willing to spend list spots on kids that will likely stay there. Having a F/S adds to the culture and reduces the likelihood of him asking for a trade if he turns out to be decent. We couldn’t and shouldn’t burn an A list rookie spot on a borderline draftable player with a serious injury.
I’d just like the club to release some detailed info on the programs and initiatives they have planned or are already underway. I think some genuine transparency is needed when it comes to how the club is engaging with the various indigenous communities so that the members can gauge how seriously (and effectively) the board is taking this responsibility - which extends far beyond just football. It’s time that these communities had some representation at board level considering how much involvement the club now has in those communities.
Sorry Mr Benfti, I regret to inform that you failed the job interview.
While your experience is good and qualifications excellent, your posts on Blitz are just too sane and rational to be considered for such a sensitive political correct position.
Yes. And I’m hearing that Ashton Hams (formally an Eagle and Wafl star) has been appointed to help with the local Tiwi branch of the Clontarf Academy. This will only help fast track these kids.
Since Worsher has not been able to do it, maybe EFC should get the Under 15 coaches in to teach the current generation how to beat — let alone fark — Carlton.
