That’s it for today, see you tomorrow.

Leave it to the Pats to get a guy at 29 who was slotted for Rd3. Our D is screwed…get a guard

Thought the Lions and Jets completely knocked this out of the park. They’re perennially the butt of many jokes but they did real good today.

Pats had a stinker. Saints got players of good positional value but not sure the trade up was worth the opportunity cost. I’m indifferent on the Chargers taking IOL with a premium pick too.

I am with you. Also, he is under contract so whether he likes it or not, he is a Niners at least for one more year unless the team trades him. That last piece is looking unlikely as they reportedly rejected pick 10 from the Jets yesterday.

The funniest part is that Deebo may have overplayed his hand. His training partner, and fellow disgruntled WR, AJ Brown just got traded for a contract that averages $21M per year (when you add the extension to his current contract). Deebo’s shenanigans may have just cost him that additional $1-2M per year he was hoping for.

Not that his life is going to be diminished much.

I wish I had the genes to be an athlete as opposed to a keyboard warrior!

A workout never gets this type of media attention but pretty cool nonetheless

Arizona (former Vikes) CB, Jeff Gladney, killed in a car accident.

The Cards only just signed him in March after the Vikes released him due to an assault charge against his girlfriend (subsequently found not guilty).

Just saw the news. Very sad that he has died so young as well as his girlfriend.

The time of year just screws it up.
For both of us.
They prefer it to be in winter, we prefer it outside AFL and peak cricket season.

The time in the air to get here would be a bit of a nightmare to deal with as well.

Regardless, I’ll go. Whether it’s in NSW, WA, Vic or anywhere else.

I went to the Cal Bears vs Hawaii college game in Sydney 2016. For memory that was late August and actually not too bad. I think you’d a 10am local kickoff for it to appease the US audience.

Me too. Don’t even care who it is playing.

Marion Barber III (Cowboys & Bears) has died at the age of 38.
“The police said they were investigating an unattended death at the location but didn’t identify the individual in their statement”

i’d love to go to an nfl game

but rams and cowboys? woof

Yep. The 2 teams I dispose most as a Niners fan.

If it was two teams I really hated, it could be fun. A Bears-Vikings game wearing Packers gear could be kind of entertaining.
