Glencross was a vet with no veteren abilities in the playoffs. Cost us a game.

I love what Beagle brings. he was one of our best players in the playoffs and had the best faceoff % by anyone. He is a PK master as well and great on the forecheck. Has to stay!
Mojo goes missing big time and doesnt seem to have the mental approach needed game in game out for playoffs.
Brouwer was average and has something like 1 goal in his past 40 games.
We have to go hard the next few years with Ovi and Backstrom in their primes. Have to!
Id be trying to bring in veteren wingers who suit our style of play. We have enough flash there, but we dont have calm heads who make simple good plays consistently. The holes that were Brouwer, Laich, Mojo in the playoffs need to be replaced by the likes of Justin Williams style players. 2 way proven players.
I agree that i liked the way Schmidt improved his game this season. very impressive stand up for him.

The problem with that top line might be Kuzy’s defensive skills so early in his career. hes ok, but it might mean some shuffling.
