Luck of the draw to get the worst possible opponents when you have played the day before. Canes are far too quick and we looked tired and sluggish in the last period

Absolute cracker of a game in the Battle of Alberta, they just pipped us in the end.
Stuart Skinner picked a crap time to all of a sudden know how to goalie. Won them the game.

Disgusting give away by Wings late when about to push for 6 v 5 and try to level
Poor end to an otherwise pretty tightly fought game
Made up for yesterday’s disaster with a 8-1 road win at the Blues. Ovi with a pair to have 10 goals from our first 14 goals. Obviously he won’t keep up that pace but very encouraging that he may get there this season

Yeah when you start like this, anything less than a Conference win is going to feel like a letdown.
