Kicking can be worked on. A couple of the kicks in the highlights were executed perfectly to position, only the target forward didn’t read the play well enough to move into the right spot. Need to believe.

You can work on kicking all you like but very hard to change when you get to this stage.
There are good judges that think if you can’t kick by about the age of 10 you never will.
I don’t think his kicking is the issue it’s his care factor in his kicking that is the issue. If he just took the time to hit a target he would look a lot better imo

Moves well, is clean, and not just quick, but farking quick. But be really lifts the ball high just before he kicks. Very unorthodox action, and far from pin point. They don’t seem to penetrate at all either. Has potential, but I would not be looking at him early.

So with McGrath being largely a centre/back player at 1 it would be really nice if we could get one of Venables or Florent who are both centre/forward players.
