Thanks for all the thanks. I also want to thank all the Gamers for the positive spirit in which they played the game. Without that it might have got a bit of a pain.
On a side note I have just been awarded the Aficiondo badge! I am not sure whether to be proud or embarrassed. I very much doubt this would have happened without me having to monitor the panic dollars thread.
A negative version - e.g. making the lowest the winner or making payments for missing the team - has been suggested a few times. However, as well was wanting the keep the game positive - i.e. I don’t want anyone wishing our players get injured - there is also the fact that everyone would just pick suspended players, LTI players or not upgraded rookies every week. Doesn’t sound like much fun to me.
