He’ll have to dress up as mum though. Otherwise they won’t hand over her mail. Send us some pics.

Normally after 4 to get it right?

Yes but I’d be surprised if they let you pick it up

What would I need to convince them?

Do you have the same surname?

That helps, if you had same surname + address (on a driver’s license, for eg) you’re normally OK.

Different address. Same surname.

Your ID showing that address.

Some staff are lazy though or if they know your family they might bend the rules

Only doc I can think of with mum’s name and my name on the same page is dad’s death certificate. That’ll cheer things up.

Haha digging through old stuff and found my probationary drivers licence. That’s got mums address on it

That shouldn’t work in theory but in practice most of them won’t check

Mum isn’t back till mid November. Hopefully it’s not an issue till then.

Got it. All good. Was a depot centre so could only pick up stuff from there.

Good outcome for you but just woeful by them.

No matter how many times it gets drummed into these imbeciles some just don’t learn.

Everything’s fine until it isn’t

Even after all this time, the EFC board hasn’t learned that lesson yet.

Refers to Sendle

Yeah, we have had an inkling for a while that it was all about to come toppling down.

I won’t be shedding any tears for them, they took on the big dogs and copped a whooping

Ordered an item from an outlet in Adelaide to be delivered by Australia Post to my Melbourne address.
Auspost tracking shows it left Adelaide on 27 January and arrived Melbourne 28 January at 10am. Not delivered.
Next tracking advice on 1 February shows my package in Brisbane.
Then at Redbank Qld on 2 February!

Now supposedly back to Melbourne at 7.22am 3 February.

wonder if the useless ***** at Australia Post
Can manage to deliver this time - but more likely to send the package to Perth! Farking hopeless.
