This one is as the Earth’s shadow moves across the moon. If you look closely you can see there is a fuzzy patch which is the Earth’s atmosphere. That 20km or so that keeps us all alive.

Amazingly, they are pretty much gone by 11am. People/groups must be obsessed with being there at/shortly after sunrise; but the outside looks good for many hours after then.

(Yesterday was several weeks after the magical day where the first light penetrates all the way in.)
