Should have been a 50 point loss with Northâs inaccuracy.
I think we structure up better with McKay back and Caddy as number one forward. But McKayâs brain canât handle the pill when heâs in the defensive 50.
Jones in and Cox was out was eyebrow raising on Friday and sackable on Sunday.

Yep itâs little wonder that many consider us to have the most delusional fan base in the game.
The amount of people that seriously thought we were a chance today and a serious chance of avoiding the spoon is laughable.
We are miles off it and anyone thinking any new coach will just Ruben is around in a year is kidding themselves.
We have some talent there but just need to keep hitting the draft and no matter what we have to stick the course no matter how long it takes.

Northâs old blokes were so much better than ours. Corr had a solid game, Simpkin, Daniels and Parker were very good at exploiting us with their overlap and run. Then Spargo and Darling both kicked multiple goals.
Interestingly only Simpkin has played his entire career as a North player from that group.
No, theyâve got a few good kids but they are overreaching right now, they need another scoop of top 5 talent, they will be midtable for a decade.

ABSOLUTELY SICK TO DEATH OF SENIOR PLAYERS THAT CANT PLAY 4 QUARTERS OF TOUGH FOOTY EACH AND EVERY WEEK! The good sides have these!
THEY DONT LEAD FROM THE FRONT, THEY CANT BREAK OR LAY TACKLES!
The amount of jogging around and not pressuring the opposition is unacceptable!
The positive from the game is that it looks like our young blokes have a bit of mongrel and fight in them.
Jones, Perkins and Dursma might be good blokes, but if they are on our list next year, we arenât fair dinkum!

We are horrible. Absolutely horrible.
And with a lot of our senior players in the side - which tells the story.
Even during their bottom years, North were winning 2-3 games a season. Only comparison is Eagles last year winning one game for the year.
Solomon canât even be a consideration for the senior job, surely

Well done to anyone who took the time to watch the game! I watched most of the reserves but couldnât garner the interest to watch the seniors when it was a nice day outside.

I know we donât really have the cattle for quick / risky (ish) ball movement but holy hell we are one damn boring / safe team.
Sad thing is, even playing this way we still canât execute the simplest of things - may as well go down at least trying to play decent football, so many wide open targets in the middle of the ground often totally ignored - and not all of them were even riskyâŚ
How can the club not see the damage this is doingâŚlet them play ffs.

On Merrett I donât know if I trust him kicking the footy anymore. Seems to miss more kicks than makes.

100%. But we are playing him there to be the outlet. Not to be a 1 on 1 defender.
Right now they are ninth and I think they were the second best team at applying pressure. I think everyone loves to pile onto North but they have shown improvement this year and may well end up with a wild card place.

This is on Farrow. i was so disappointed with his game because he refuses to move forward with the ball and therefore restricts the teams ball movement. This must be coached out of his game.
