Any photo or image you want to post, has to exist in the web realm.

Basically, all you actually do to post an image anywhere, is post a link to said image, and it appears here from wherever it is hosted. If you were able to link an image from your computer or phone, then the com or phone would essentially become the “server” and need to be on all the time to deliver the image to anyone that was viewing the page.

So, anything you want to appear here, has to be hosted somewhere, on a server that is on 24/7, and will serve it up when required.

I think this was covered only 10 posts or so ago.

image needs to be hosted on a site like www.imgur.com or www.tinypic.com

you then copy the direct url and paste it into the comment editor.
