What did RFC do for that free kick differential?
Give away a lot of professional (and plenty undisciplined last year) free kicks to slow down the play and set up defensive structures.

Still need the skilled players to pull it off but yeah, slow the game down, strangle the opposition, they were great at it 
They play like us - don’t base their game on winning the contested ball so are often 2nd to the ball… less free kicks
A forward 50 free kick was as good as a stoppage or boundary throw in for them back in 2017. Ball never got past the wing before being turned over and going back in again.

I’m in the left forward pocket, northern end. Just watched some pretty ordinary kicking at goal by Francis, Archie, Guelfi, Cox and a few others, admittedly into a breeze.
