i somehow think we need to try it, ambrose pushes up the ground anyway, smack will take pressure off joey and carlisle, aswell as having a second help in the ruck. this is a must try

Port were putrid. Zero pressure and intensity, very Ryder like. You know you are bad when Mitch Robinson has a day out. In saying that Brisbane were good, especially after half time. Bags will need to lock down Green, he looked impressive.

It'll be interesting to see what happens. Cooney and chappy were given an extra week to be cautious.

Yet blind freddy can see Carlisle and Zaka have been struggling prodominately due to injury, so shouldn’t the same cautious approach be taken with them ? I’m betting it’s not though.

Stanton, Hibberd and probably howlett need to be dropped, but they won’t, if any or all of the 4 suggested come back in, it’ll be for guys like

Gleeson
Jmerrett
Mckernan.

There in lies our problem. We have a very steady 18 players that play most weeks yet we don’t win or improve…we lack consistency that should come with having an unchanged side but none of these guys ever get dropped. We also seem to have no flexibility in that all these players end up playing the same positions every week, we are too predictable for the opposition. Not sure we are going anywhere

Even Brisbane can score a hundred points against a quality side In port and they have no quality talls. What the hell is going on with us, has to be coaching and gameplan otherwise we have the most overrated list in the league. Don’t play Carlisle forward we actually look more dangerous without him.
