When I was at uni, my mum used to do volunteer work at the Mercy in East Melbourne, and since it was before VCRs, we had to watch Days of our Lives for her, and keep her up to date.
I don’t know why because every year, you’d notice the same characters divorce and remarry, but their infants from the previous year were now in high school.
