I agree on all of those points. Yet somehow we’ve managed to be in winning positions against Port, Collingwood and beat Melbourne. Our best football is obviously good enough for finals. Yes we have some serious holes, which makes us a bottom of the 8 side as opposed to a possible contender. Hopefully we can fill those gaps over the next couple of years.

It was Durham and it was a fair hit.
There were two of these sort of contested animals in the draft just gone. One was Wardlaw at pick 4 the other was Humphrey at pick 6.

Not sure about that, certainly not around the contest with the team they put out. North play a contested brand, and have for a long time. No surprise there
They were carrying some momentum into the game, and got a sniff which we gave them. I don’t come away from that game and point to the list as the problem, despite its deficiencies.
