I’m not shocked that they didn’t.

Their key defenders really are a bit of a comedy show at times the Hawks.

Normally two of Frosty, Hartigan or Hartley running around

You can see why they drafted Granger-Barrass!

We’ll see when a big forward opens them up in a Final.

I so hope Harts plays on Hooker.
It’s him or Frost.

He’s literally not even the worst Hawthorn full back who’s name starts with Hart…

They are lucky to have even won one game. Hawthorn are seriously bad.

It would be incredibly disappointing if we go from beating the Eagles in Perth, and going toe to toe with the reigning champs who threw everything at us, to losing against Hawthorn (again).

Harsh.

Potentially (probably) true, but harsh.

Man, that hawthorn backline…

Yeah sure why not

That won’t have anything to do with a lack of Kyle Hartigan.

If this happens then we haven’t improved as a club

If the boys are fair dinkum they will belt Hawks like we did against North

Disappointing yes.

I just think their mids have always worried us since Mitchell & JOM have been mainstays in there since 2018.
We got them comfortably in '19 when Mitchell was out with injury.

They now have Wingard as well who didn’t play Rd.1.
Parish and Merrett are in incredible form, but we won’t have it all go our way in there.
Around the ground, we have them covered.

NO, a workmanlike 4 goal win is reasonable given our personnel availability.

You don’t rate Hartigan, probably based on that 1 time Stringer out bodied him at Adelaide Oval.
What I am saying is, even if not him, the Bulldogs erred in NOT moneyball-ing a player like him, or Ambrose.

It’s a glaring weakness on their list.

Should get Draper,Smith,Wright back. Hawks are crap North beat them ffs

I’ll be disappointed if we don’t win by at least 10 goals

We don’t GAFF if you’re disappointed.

Nino, everyone knows that other results mean nothing to the outcome of future results. We have a lot of injuries in the most important part of the ground. This game is a 50/50.

How many times have fans said over the year that we never smash bottom sides? If we want to become that great team we have start belting sides at the bottom

Not there yet Nino. Far from finished article.

Whilst it will be nice to have Draper and Wright back it’s clearly our smalls and lack of fit genuine midfielders that is the area that is stretching us. Smith may help a little but he’s only just been going this year.

We been smashed by injuries every week and still managed to flog North

Boys will be fired up losing rnd 1
