yep - happened quite a few times. I figure it should improve as they build understanding and trust in their teammates to do their role.
Lucky then that Worser gave our players so many learnings so they could do it all themselves.
Two things for us to take the next step:
-
Learn to handball effectively
-
Put as much effort into identifying and nullifying forward runners as we do the ball carrier*
*this one particularly â â â â â me. Our backs (and WCEs lack of skill) saved us on a few occasions tonight.
you got 14 year olds on your mind?
Iâm pretty sure itâs the whisky
Everyone saying that gold Coast and GWS were easy kills this year⌠but theyâve both taken some big scalps. And west Coast came out swinging. I think weâre tracking really nicely.
Sorry, you must be 12. Go and watch Harry Potter again.
ha - obviously an aberrant click on my part
Iâm still trying to process my reaction.
But I was so annoyed with our performance tonight. And we won by 50 points.
So confusing.
wingardium levi â â â â off
I have a similar ailment each time we kick a goal
One of those games that has its own logicâŚneither side plays particularly well, but we were better. Remember last year?
Brad is now one win ahead of Chris for the year.
Coaching the side who finished 15th last year (with plenty of injuries) Vs the reigning premiersâŚ
Lol?
WC showed great fight for most of the game, but our skills were well ahead of them. It is a pleasing win because last year we would have likely folded.
Agree except SPS is still a young buck
Watching on the phone this year has been terrible. Itâs ok when I watch at home.
Thatâs true. Last year, we lose that game.

Our injury list isnât as big as theirs but we still have significant quality missing.
Itâs pretty much equal, for mine.

Shuey, Naitanui and SPS are all from the Hurley draft ffs, and Darling is from Heppellâs draft. McGovern is just as old. If youâre reliant on them to be any good, youâre stuffed already.

genuinely thought he was delisted.
