A lot of the clappers have been claiming that just because we are “rebuilding” we’ll eventually come good.
If you don’t have the right strategy, and pick the right kids…. Then your rebuild is f*cked.
The rebuild should have started with cleaning out all the executives including Dodoro.
His strategy doesn’t/ hasn’t worked for 20 years…… why do we think it will be any different this time?

Needs to keep his feet more, goes to ground unnecessarily at times to pick up the ball. The holding the ball Smith got on him was harsh but paid against because he put a knee on the ground I’m sure
